2. Data we collect

Through web forms, the offer popup and the WhatsApp panel we may collect your name, phone number and email if you provide it. We may also store the service page you used, language, form location, first landing URL, referrer and advertising parameters (for example UTM tags).

If you open WhatsApp directly, the chat is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited / WhatsApp under their own terms. Analytics events on this site do not include your name, phone or email.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use the data to assess your enquiry, contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp, discuss appointments and travel, and keep records we are required to keep.

Legal bases: KVKK Art. 5 (explicit consent and data needed to form or perform a contract) and GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)–(b) (consent and steps prior to a contract). Marketing messages are sent only if you separately agree.

4. Who we share data with

Our clinic team sees your request. Hosting, email and (if you use it) WhatsApp providers may process data as technical processors. We do not sell your data or share it with unrelated third parties except where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not become a treatment relationship are kept for 24 months as a rule. If you become a patient, records are kept for as long as health-care law requires. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies and measurement

The site may use cookies needed for it to work. Page and conversion events can be measured without attaching personal identifiers. You can delete or restrict cookies in your browser.

7. International transfers

If WhatsApp or cloud hosting is used, your data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye. Those transfers follow the provider’s contracts and applicable safeguards.

8. Your rights

You may complain to Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children. Please do not submit data about anyone under 18. If we learn that has happened, we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page; the date above shows the latest change.
